BlueBee Magazine, Volume No.5 Hyacinth, highlights “North East, Day 3”
The BlueBee Magazine, Hyacinth, highlight is humbling and exciting because the magazine is editorially led. 80% to 90% of all features are editorially and not paid for and fellow artists collectively curate the content of the magazine.
Acceptance and publication
One thing I really miss about moving from my hometown of Denver, Colorado, is a stable artist community. Where I currently live the artist community is sparse. As a result, I pursued discovering a new online support system through worldwide open calls. When Stefan’s acceptance email arrived, I was struggling where to find like-minded people.
“Our featured artists are all brilliant minds, and it’s great to see how different artists approach their artistic expressions in different ways. Topics range from the thought that capitalism has widened modern-day slavery, to the human union with nature, and to initially captured fragments of reality,” BlueBee website.
Although I am not a featured artist I strive and work toward being featured and as a result showing work in their innovative gallery.
Discover incredible artists through BlueBee gallery and magazine.
We are keen to support Emerging and Raising Artists from around the world. Give them a platform to present a small glimpse of their artistic work. And isn’t there always room for another inspirational collection of visual soul food.
You can read a portion of the magazine here. I suggest you purchase a physical copy from their website. This way you can support an innovative approach to serving the world wide community through art.

Thank you BlueBee (Stefan) for believing in this body of work.
Stefan and the team at Bluebee are good people bringing a holistic artist led approach to the world we now live. I’m happy to be recognized, even slightly, with this collection of artists.
